Focus improvement training for children aged 4–16. Science-backed attention techniques. Certified trainer at your Mumbai home.
Attention is a limited cognitive resource, and it is being systematically depleted by the digital environments Mumbai's children inhabit. Research shows that average sustained attention in children has declined measurably over the last decade. But attention is also trainable — the prefrontal cortex, which governs attentional control, responds strongly to targeted training before age 12. Children who develop strong attentional control do better academically, handle examination pressure better, produce higher quality work per hour of study, and are significantly less vulnerable to the anxiety that comes from being perpetually behind.
Declining attention span is the most commonly reported child development concern in urban India today. Children who cannot sustain focus for 20–30 minutes at a stretch are structurally disadvantaged in every academic and co-curricular context. Focus is not a fixed trait — it is a trained skill. And it responds to training faster than almost any other cognitive skill, often showing visible improvement within 4–6 sessions.
Chhote Champs' focus improvement program integrates research from attentional control training (Diamond & Lee, 2011), mindfulness-based cognitive training for children, and practical study skills research. Our trainers measure focus span at intake and track improvement across sessions with specific metrics.
Our focus improvement program works on three types of attention: selective attention (focusing on the relevant signal while ignoring distraction), sustained attention (maintaining focus for extended periods), and executive attention (consciously directing focus where it needs to go rather than where it naturally goes). Training techniques include mindfulness-based attention practice, structured distraction-resistance exercises, optimal study session design (including break timing and task-switching protocols), and pre-study focus routines.
Children who cannot complete homework without repeated prompting. Children who forget what they were doing mid-task. Children who study for hours but retain very little. Children who are easily distracted by phones, noise, and any available stimulation. Children who perform much worse on timed tests than untimed assessments. Children diagnosed or suspected of ADHD (our program is complementary to clinical treatment, not a replacement).

The trainer observes your child in session 1, identifies specific gaps, and designs a personalised program. No generic curriculum applied before we know your child.
Each session builds on the previous. The trainer sends a detailed WhatsApp update after every session. You track your child's progress week by week.
Skills built through deliberate one-on-one practice are durable. Your child carries these outcomes into every future context — school, college, career, and relationships.
No commute, no batch class environment, no tired child dragged across the city. Your child learns in their most comfortable space.
Never a batch, never a group session. Your child's trainer is focused entirely on them, every session, throughout the program.
You never wonder what happened. A detailed progress update arrives the same evening — what was covered, what improved, what to reinforce.
Every trainer passes our internal certification program and background verification before their first session with any child.

"My son was terrified of speaking in front of his class. After 8 sessions with Chhote Champs, his teacher called us to say he had volunteered to present in front of the whole school. I didn't think it was possible this fast."
"What I appreciate most is the WhatsApp update after every session. I know exactly what happened, what improved, and what to look for at home. It feels like a genuine partnership between the trainer and our family."
"We had tried group workshops before — my daughter sat through them and nothing changed. Two months into the one-on-one program at home and the difference is visible to everyone. Her teacher noticed before we even mentioned it."
