What age group are your programs for? +
All programs are designed for children aged 4 to 16 years. All other programs have age-appropriate curriculum tracks for early learners 4–7, middle childhood 8–11 and pre-teens or teens 12–16. The trainer always adapts to the individual child's pace.
How many sessions before results? +
For other programs most parents notice visible changes within 3–5 sessions. Lasting transformation typically occurs after a 10-session program. Your trainer sends a WhatsApp update after every single session.
